Role Description The E-commerce & Accounts Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role involves managing day-to-day e-commerce operations, including product listing, inventory updates, price management, and order processing across online platforms. The executive will monitor sales performance, coordinate with logistics and customer support teams, and ensure timely resolution of customer queries related to orders and payments. On the accounts side, responsibilities include recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing basic reports, and assisting with invoicing, billing, and vendor payments. The role also requires maintaining accurate documentation, supporting audits, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, and basic digital sales processes.




- Foundational knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial record-keeping.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet tools and accounting or ERP software, with attention to numerical accuracy.
- Good analytical, organizational, and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Transparent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in e-commerce operations or accounts support will be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
