About the Role

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving admissions and sales for various fashion entrepreneurship plans offered by Fashion Preneur Club. The role includes managing inbound inquiries, conducting outbound follow-ups, engaging with past customers and old leads, and ensuring conversions through effective communication and customer understanding.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales, Conversion & Target Achievement

ü Handle inbound leads and provide program details across all plans.

ü Make outbound calls to old inquiries, past customers, and inactive leads to re-engage and convert.

ü Conduct counselling discussions via call, WhatsApp, or video to guide customers to the right plan.

ü Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

2. Customer Interaction & Relationship Building

ü Understand the customer’s background, fashion journey, and entrepreneurial goals.





ü Guide customers towards suitable membership plans with tailored recommendations.

ü Maintain solid rapport and trust to encourage referrals and repeat business.

ü Provide exceptional customer service with a consultative sales approach.

3. Lead Management & Outbound Engagement

ü Call and re-engage leads from different categories:

a) Fresh leads

b) Warm leads (recent inquiries)

c) Old database leads

d) Previous customers

e) Leads generated through campaigns

ü Maintain proper follow-up cycles until the lead is closed or marked inactive.

ü Update CRM/lead sheets diligently with follow-up notes, status, and progress.

4. Business Growth & Upselling

ü Upsell advanced plans or workshops where relevant.

ü Share customer insights to improve lead quality and marketing strategies.

ü Provide regular sales reports to management.

5. Reporting & Documentation

ü Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

ü Track conversio
