Job Description

Responsible for supervising and coordinating all civil finishing works for high-rise residential buildings involving Mivan construction. The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing finishing activities at the project site, ensuring completion as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
- Study and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Supervise and coordinate putty, painting, tiling, flooring, false ceiling, doors, windows, railings, waterproofing, and other finishing works.
- Manage finishing activities from commencement to final handover.
- Check workmanship and materials as per approved specifications.
- Ensure finishing works are completed as per project quality and schedule requirements.
- Coordinate with site teams and contractors for smooth execution of finishing activities.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
