Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas through the acquisition of new logos, with a primary focus on BFS
- Network and build deep, value-based relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders at prospect organizations.
- Proactively prospect to identify and qualify new business opportunities and expand client base.
- Facilitate strategic discovery sessions with prospects to understand business needs and position client solutions accordingly.
- Own the full sales cycle — qualification, needs assessment, solution presentation, proposal development, and contract negotiation — through to close.
- Build and continuously maintain a robust pipeline of future business, tracking and reporting weekly pipeline forecasts against revenue targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with solutioning, operations,



and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are deliverable and competitively positioned.
- Maintain confidentiality of all company-related information, client data, and records.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Education / Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of experience in IT new logo sales, with a demonstrated track record of winning high-dollar accounts in mid-size and large organizations.
- Proven success prospecting, building pipeline, and moving opportunities through a full sales cycle — from first conversation to signed contract.
- Strategic sales acumen, including the ability to structure and negotiate long-term, complex agreements.
- Ability to think strategically and translate client business challenges into compelling IT solutions.
