About the Opportunity

A leading and growing renewable energy company is expanding into the Solar EPC business and is looking to appoint an experienced and entrepreneurial Business Head – Solar EPC to build and scale this new business vertical.

The primary mandate of this role will be to drive institutional sales, develop large business opportunities, acquire strategic customers and build a sustainable Solar EPC business, while also taking ownership of business growth, profitability and overall operations.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a qualified who has a strong track record in Solar EPC, Institutional/B2B Sales and Business Development and is capable of building a business from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Institutional Sales & Business Development
- Lead Institutional Sales and Business Development for the Solar EPC business.
- Identify, develop and convert large institutional, corporate and industrial customers.
- Build relationships with CXOs, promoters, procurement heads,



infrastructure/facility heads and other key decision-makers.
- Develop and maintain a strong institutional sales pipeline and drive consistent order conversion.
- Identify large-ticket Solar EPC opportunities through direct sales, strategic relationships, consultants, tenders and institutional networks.
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiations and closure of high-value EPC contracts.
- Develop long-term relationships with key customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Track market trends, competition, pricing and emerging opportunities in the Solar EPC sector.

Business Leadership & P&L;
- Build and execute the overall strategy for the Solar EPC business.
- Own the revenue, margins, profitability and P&L; of the business.
- Develop annual business plans, sales targets, forecasts and growth strategies.
- Identify new markets, customer segments and strategic opportunities for business expansion.
