Job Title: Buyer - Supply Chain Management

This role is based out of Powai, Mumbai.

Role Summary:

The purpose of Buyer is to work with lead - Buyer, to extend all the support for delivering to the last mile. The successful candidate will support the delivery of category strategies, RFQ Management, approvals, data management in ERP, manage supplier relationships, and extend support to sourcing activities. This role requires stakeholder engagement,



and a proactive approach to driving continuous improvement in procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with vendors, including sending RFQs (Requests for Quotations) and obtaining offers.
- Monitor the actual delivery against orders placed.
- Facilitate the delivery, quality acceptance and payments to the vendors.
- Prepare costing sheet for effective negotiations along with details of past ordering.
- Carry out Vendor Performance Analysis.
- Stay updated on changes to trade laws, policies, and processes that impact negotiations.
- Track contract due dates and ensure timely renewals and compliance.
- Assist with the preparation and management of purchase orders in SAP.
- Conduct thorough spend analysis and market research to support procurement strategies.
- Support audits, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 3-8 years
- B.E/B.Tech
- Masters in SCM /
