Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and result-driven Senior Sales & Marketing Manager with deep expertise in the HVAC industry, specifically in AHU (Air Handling Units), Chillers, and VRF systems. The candidate must have a proven track record of generating high-value leads, building strong industry networks, and closing large-scale projects across commercial, institutional, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Lead Generation
- Generate high-quality leads through channel partners, consultants, and direct client engagement, Aarchitect's .
- Develop business from OEM partners such as Blue Star, Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric (MEI) and similar HVAC brands
- Identify and convert opportunities from:
- Large construction companies(L&T;)
- Hospitals & healthcare projects
- Institutional & government projects
- Corporate offices & commercial buildings




- High-rise residential projects

2. Channel Partner & Consultant Network
- Build and maintain robust relationships with:
- HVAC consultants
- MEP consultants
- Architects & PMC companies
- Understand how to tap leads from OEM channels and consultant-driven projects
- Manage vendor registrations and empanelment processes

3. Project Acquisition & Tendering
- Identify upcoming projects via market intelligence
- Participate in tendering, bidding, and techno-commercial discussions
- Coordinate with estimation and execution teams for project closure

4. Strategic Marketing & Planning
- Develop and execute HVAC-focused marketing strategies
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends
- Plan expansion strategies for AHU & Chiller-focused business (95% focus)

5. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term relationships with key clients
- Ensure repeat business and referrals
