Role & responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the paint shop during shifts, ensuring efficient production and quality control.
- Plan and coordinate shift activities to meet production targets, manage manpower effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Monitor paint process parameters, identify areas for improvement, implement changes as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues, provide guidance on best practices.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3-8 years of experience in Paint Shop Production or related field (Robotic Painting).
- Solid understanding of paint shop processes, including preparation, application, drying & curing techniques.
- Excellent managerial skills for effective shift planning, execution & monitoring.
