1) Prepare RFP, Selected tenders list by tender search & identify suitable infrastructure tenders (All Infra tenders like Roads, Railways, Tunnels, Irrigation, Pipeline works, Mining, Industrial Projects, Transmission & Distribution, Buildings etc) in consultation with Head BD
2) Technical, Financial, Commercial criteria eligibility check for qualifying the tender
3) Pre bid queries to be prepared to attend pre bid meetings.
4) Site visit report with local rates and photos for more evaluation tender pricing.
5) Send enquiries to various brought out supply items and collect quotations for cost estimation.
6) Prepare quantities from tender drawings / site visit and carry out rate analysis & costing
7) Prepare tender documentation-Technical & Price Bid
8) Submit tender by online by following corresponding e-portals
9) Replies to post bid queries with relevant supporting documents and time to time coordination with client/consultant

Requirements:
1)



10 Years BD / Tendering experience in Infrastructure construction companies and worked in construction tenders like Roads, Railwa1ys, Tunnels, Irrigation, Pipeline works, Mining, Industrial Projects, T&D;, Buildings etc
2) Educational Qualifications: M.Tech / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
