Minimum of 3~10 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Capacity Planning, Production Scheduling, or Supplier Planning
Robust understanding of planning processes, Microsoft Project (MSP), supplier capacity management, ERP
planning parameters, and project coordination in industrial or hydropower sectors

WHAT YOU’LL DO: Write the purpose for which the job exists
Capacity Planning & Supplier Loading – Develop and maintain supplier capacity plans ensuring accurate load
visibility and timely capacity blocking for projects.
Schedule Coordination – Update and control internal and external planning schedules in collaboration with SCM, Project Management, Engineering, and Production teams.
ERP Planning Data Management – Maintain planning parameters, lead times, routing information, and planning master data in SAP to support accurate MRP runs.
Risk Assessment & Issue Resolution – Identify bottlenecks, delays, or supply risks and initiate mitigation actions with relevant stakeholders.




Daily/Weekly Planning Reviews – Lead and present the capacity and planning status in planning review forums and highlight critical issues.
Supplier Follow-up and Monitoring – Coordinate with suppliers for schedule adherence and escalate deviations.
MIS & Reporting – Prepare planning & capacity dashboards, supplier loading status, and performance reports for management review.
Strict adherence to professional conduct, punctuality, data accuracy, and standard SCM processes

Strong analytical capability in production and supply chain planning.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project (MSP) for schedule creation, tracking, critical path analysis, andvariance reporting
Ability to translate MSP schedules into supplier-wise capacity requirements and short-term/long-term planning action.
Excellent understanding of capacity planning, scheduling, MRP, and supplier manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in SAP planning modules and Microsoft Office tools (MSP/Excel).
