Finance & Accounts:
- Data Entry related petty cash exp, Bank payments entries
- Purchase bill entries
- Bank reconciliation
- Maintain Fixed Asset file
- Maintain record filing
- List of expenses for making provisions
- Timely accounting of all purchase bills

HR & Admn:
- Attendance maintenance
- Travel expenses

Purchases:
- Request for Quotation (RFQ)
- Prepare Purchase Orders and follow up
- Arrange transportation for pick of material

Export:
- Export documentation viz preparation of invoice and packing list
- Coordinate with Freight Forwarder

Tally Accounting Software:
- Use all features to take reports
- Modification of data entries wef April 2024 onwards

Pay: ₹8,597.17 - ₹41,725.77 per month

Advantages:
- Paid sick time

Work Location: In person
