Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day production activities in our ceramic/vitrified tiles manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets, maintaining product quality, managing manpower, and ensuring smooth and safe production operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure achievement of production targets.
- Manage and allocate manpower as per production requirements.
- Monitor production processes and ensure smooth machine operations.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Electrical, and other departments for uninterrupted production.
- Monitor product quality and take corrective action for production-related issues.
- Minimize production losses, rejection, wastage, and downtime.
- Maintain proper production records, reports, and shift-wise data.




- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety rules, and production standards.
- Identify production problems and coordinate with concerned departments for timely solutions.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices in the production area.
- Conduct shift handovers and communicate production status to the management.
- Train and guide workers and ensure discipline on the shop floor.

Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Mechanical, Production, Ceramic Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in ceramic tiles, vitrified tiles, or similar manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of production processes and shop-floor operations.
- Positive manpower handling and team management skills.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong focus on production targets, quality, and safety.
