Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Hostel Manager to oversee and manage all hostel blocks. The Manager will act as the *Single Point of Contact (SPOC)* for all hostel-related concerns, ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and a secure, disciplined living environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day operations of all hostel blocks.

* Act as the *SPOC* for all hostel-related communication and concerns (students, parents, management, vendors).

* Supervise hostel staff including wardens, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.

* Ensure discipline, safety, and compliance with hostel rules and policies.

* Handle resident issues, complaints, and escalations effectively.

* Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping to ensure clean and well-maintained facilities.





* Maintain records related to occupancy, complaints, assets, and staff attendance.

* Liaise with management and provide regular updates on hostel operations.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in hostel / facility / residential management preferred.

* Strong communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to handle multiple blocks and teams efficiently.

* Problem-solving mindset with a responsible and approachable attitude.

* Willingness to be available for urgent hostel-related issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹4,330,756.20 per month
