- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote the company, products, services, and brand.
- Manage the company’s social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Create, coordinate, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, stories, and promotional creatives.
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Run and monitor digital advertising campaigns through platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and advertising expenses.
- Coordinate with the design and sales teams to develop promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
- Support branch-wise promotional activities and ensure timely communication of offers and campaigns.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new digital marketing opportunities.
- Improve online brand visibility and customer engagement through effective digital campaigns.
- Monitor customer comments, messages, reviews, and enquiries on social media and ensure timely responses.




- Coordinate with influencers, content creators, and other digital marketing partners when required.
- Maintain and update the company’s Google Business Profiles and other relevant online listings.
- Track website and social media analytics and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify trends in digital marketing, social media, and customer behaviour and recommend suitable strategies.
- Ensure all digital content follows the company’s brand guidelines and maintains a qualified image.
- Coordinate with branches to collect photos, videos, offers, events, and other content required for digital promotion.
- Assist in promoting new showroom openings, seasonal campaigns, festival offers, and special events.
- Maintain proper records of digital marketing activities, campaign budgets, leads, and results.
- Perform any other marketing-related duties assigned by the management.
