Production Planning & Supervision
- Plan and execute shift-wise production schedules to meet daily and monthly targets.
- Supervise end-to-end production activities on the shop floor, ensuring smooth workflow and minimal downtime.
- Be actively present on the production floor, working closely with the team during processing operations.

Product & Process Control
- Ensure all products are manufactured strictly according to approved recipes and process parameters.
- Oversee production of fresh chilled fish, meat and poultry, ensuring consistency in quality and taste.
- Conduct regular checks during production to ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Team Management
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of 20-30 production staff per shift.
- Ensure staff are working as per defined standards with speed, efficiency, and discipline.
- Provide on-the-job guidance, training, and corrective instructions to improve performance.





Packing & Freezing Operations
- Ensure the packing section follows approved SOPs for packaging, labeling, and handling of finished products.
- Coordinate with the packing team to ensure timely movement of finished goods to designated chillers or freezers.
- Monitor proper storage conditions and product traceability.

Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and internal quality protocols.
- Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, wastage data, and manpower utilization reports.
- Report any deviations, equipment issues, or quality concerns to the Production Manager/Plant Head

Pay: ₹290,000.00 - ₹345,000.00 per year
