We've been building content around startups, businesses, founders and entrepreneurship for nearly a decade. We also work closely with prominent founders and business families across India, creating their content and personal brands.

But we're not satisfied with where we've reached.

We're looking for someone who can help us build the next version of StartupGyaan.

The Role

We're looking for a Content & Growth Lead who can take ownership of StartupGyaan's content strategy and help us build a high-growth, personality-driven business media brand.

Your first and most significant mandate will be:

Make StartupGyaan's Instagram Reels impossible to ignore.

You'll be responsible for understanding what makes people stop scrolling, developing repeatable content formats and IPs, building a strong brand persona,



and eventually expanding that strategy into podcasts, long-form YouTube and other formats.

This isn't a role where you'll simply receive a content calendar and execute it.

You'll be expected to think, experiment, analyse, fail, learn and build.

What You'll Own

1. Instagram Reels — Primary Responsibility

Develop the overall short-form content strategy for StartupGyaan
- Identify topics, trends, narratives and formats with high potential
- Develop strong hooks and storytelling structures
- Create and improve scripts
- Develop repeatable Reel formats/IPs
- Analyse performance and continuously optimise content
- Study retention, shares, saves, comments and follower conversion
- Identify why certain content works and why other content doesn't
- Build a system capable of consistently producing high-performing organic content

2. Build the StartupGyaan Brand & Personality:
We don't want StartupGyaan to remain just another "startup/b
