Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct internal audits to identify areas of improvement in banking processes and operations.
- Develop audit plans, programs, and procedures to ensure effective execution of audits.
- Analyze data and report findings to stakeholders on audit results, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with management teams to implement corrective actions identified during audits.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in auditing or a related field (banking industry preferred).
- Robust knowledge of auditing standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in audit planning, management, and reporting tools.
