Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor to supervise and manage day-to-day production activities in our chemical manufacturing plant. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations while maintaining safety, quality, productivity, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
- Monitor and control chemical manufacturing processes and equipment operations.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, raw materials, and other resources.
- Maintain production records, logbooks, batch records, and shift reports.
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality Control, Maintenance, EHS, and Store departments.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Monitor process parameters and take necessary action in case of any deviations.
- Identify production-related issues and coordinate with concerned departments for timely resolution.




- Ensure proper handling, storage, and identification of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Train and guide production operators and workers.
- Report production status, deviations, incidents, breakdowns, and other significant issues to the Production Manager.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and reduce wastage.
- Candidate Requirements
- Education: B.Sc. Chemistry / Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering / Relevant qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing or pharmaceutical/API manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of chemical production processes and equipment.

Pay: ₹11,016.95 - ₹30,000.00 per month
