· Product Review & APQP for achieving FTR results.

· Good knowledge of QMS.

· Design review as per 2D, 3D and customer requirements.

· Final Product inspection as per customer 2D & 3D data.

· Participate in PPAP process

· Joint inspection with customer

· Part approval on Checking Fixture / Gauge as per requirement.

· Making correction action plan for mold.

· Follow up of tool correction, checking and trail.

· Process optimization & improvement.

· Secure lesson learnt & successfully implementation in Upcoming / Similar projects.

· Discussion with concerned department & customer after Final Product/Sample Inspection.

· Customer coordination – Part Quality, Specific Requirements, etc.

· Dispatches of Parts & Injection Molds as per customer standard.

· Injection Molding Defects, analysis & suggesting solutions.

· Problem identification & proposal to overcome the concern.

· Part fitment / Vehicle assembly study, counter action & proposal.

· Successfully implementation of ECN/DCN requested by customer after design review.





· Checking Fixture Concept & approval from customer.

· Follow up with vendors for Checking Fixture & other outsourced parts.· Product Review & APQP for achieving FTR results.
