Job Responsibilities

Attending calls landing on Telephone Console, do quick assessment, update details in CRM software and transfer the call to the appropriate executive. Additional responsibilities will be
- Maintain accuracy, completeness, and consistency of customer call data in the CRM system.
- Conduct customer interviews to gather feedback, identify issues, and help in product improvement.

Required Skills
- Good speed in handling telephone calls.
- Good communication skills
- Familiarity with computers and accuracy in data entry.
- Punctual, detail-oriented, organized and able to learn new skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- B.Com or equivalent
