ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:

As a Lead Java Developer you will not only bring expertise in Java development, microservices architecture, and agile software delivery but also play a critical role in driving transformation and innovation within SITA.



Being able to successfully support SITA’s wider vision requires the ability to embrace continuous development, automation, creative problem-solving, and collaboration across functions to enable innovation at scale.

In this role, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex systems while fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation. Your leadership will ensure delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with strategic business priorities such as platform modernization, intelligent automation, and accelerated time-to-market. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, mentor developers, and ensure your team remains at the forefront of evolving technologies and development practices.
