The Commercial Banking business caters to customers of Bharat, and plays a pivotal role in meeting substantial portion of the priority sector lending obligations of Bank. It offers a range of products for agriculture (Agri) and Tractor Finance, purchase and operations of commercial vehicles and construction equipment, rural housing finance and gold loans. Further, Agri Business Group (ABG), a division within the business, caters specifically to the needs of customers in Agriculture related activities like cultivation, manufacturing, processing and trading segment catering to financials needs of individuals and small & medium enterprises in this segment. Economic workplace of urban, semi-urban and rural areas and weather conditions of India influences the business’ operations and performance.’

- Monitor ECLGS portfolio for compliance with RBI/NCGTC and internal Bank guidelines. - Track account performance, delinquency trends, SMA status, and early warning signals. - Validate and reconcile ECLGS data submitted by business units and operations teams. - Prepare and publish periodic MIS, dashboards, and portfolio status reports. - Coordinate with Business, Operations, Credit, Collection, and Compliance teams for issue resolution. - Support guarantee claim lodgment, claim tracking, and related reconciliation activities. - Handle data requirements for audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews. - Conduct portfolio analytics and identify risk trends for management reporting. - Ensure timely closure of monitoring exceptions and action items. - Assist in process improvement and automation initiatives within ECLGS monitoring activities. - Any other activity rel
