Position: Solar Trainer (Solar Inverter & Panel)

Job Location: Surat, Gujarat

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver theory and practical training in Electrical & Solar inverter systems

Train candidates on wiring, installation, maintenance, and safety

Conduct hands-on sessions, assessments, and demonstrations

Maintain training records and ensure safety compliance

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of Solar PV systems and renewable energy technologies.
- Hands-on experience in installation, testing, and maintenance of solar systems.
- Knowledge of electrical wiring, earthing, inverters, batteries, and charge controllers.
- Familiarity with electrical safety standards and PPE usage.




- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and field visits.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel).

Salary: As per Experience

Educational Qualification
- Diploma/B. Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- ITI (Electrician/Electronics) with relevant experience may also be considered.

Experience: 2-4 years of related industry
