Key Responsibilities
- Manage
end-to-end indirect procurement
activities, from requirement identification through sourcing, negotiation, contracting and vendor management.
- Handle procurement categories such as
office rent/facilities, legal services and other corporate/administrative requirements
.
- Conduct
cost analysis, spend analysis and budget analysis
to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Perform
ABC/Pareto analysis




for spend prioritization and procurement planning.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and tracking of procurement-related expenses.
- Analyze supplier quotations, commercial terms, pricing structures and contracts.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, finance, legal, administration and business teams to understand requirements and ensure timely procurement.
- Support
supplier evaluation, negotiations, onboarding and performance management
.
- Ensure procurement activities follow defined policies, processes, compliance requirements and contractual obligations.
- Prepare MIS, dashboards and management reports related to spend, savings, suppliers and procurement performance.
