We are looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing the company's Amazon Seller Central account. The candidate will handle catalogue management, inventory, pricing, advertising, promotions, orders, account health and overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the Amazon Seller Central account on a daily basis.
- Manage product listings, including ASINs, titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images and A+ Content.
- Monitor and maintain Account Health, Listing Health and Seller Performance.
- Manage FBA, Easy Ship and Seller Flex operations as applicable.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to avoid OOS situations.
- Manage Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display.
- Analyse advertising performance, ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, impressions and conversions and optimise campaigns accordingly.
- Plan and manage Deals, Coupons, Promotions and sale events.
- Monitor pricing, Buy Box,



competitor pricing and overall marketplace competitiveness.
- Identify listing suppressions, pricing errors, stranded inventory and other catalogue-related issues and resolve them.
- Prepare and analyse daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for sales, orders, returns, advertising and profitability.
- Analyse sales and customer data to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Coordinate with Amazon Seller Support for account, catalogue, inventory and operational issues.
- Monitor customer returns, refunds, cancellations and negative feedback.
- Ensure all products comply with Amazon's policies and listing guidelines.
- Track competitors, market trends and current product opportunities.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales, profitability and growth targets.

Required Skills
- 25 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon catalogue/listing management.
- Good understanding of Amazon PPC and campaign
