Responsibilities…

· Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing processes.

· Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.

· Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that requirements are clearly understood and implemented.





· Conduct process analysis and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

· Develop and maintain documentation, including business process diagrams, workflows, and use cases.

· Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.

· Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

· Participate in quality assurance and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.

· Assist in project management tasks, such as creating project plans and tracking project progress.

Must-Have Skills…
- 4+ years experience in software requirements analysis as a BSA with bachelor’s degree in computer science / information technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
