The Opportunity

We are looking for someone who enjoys identifying opportunities, starting conversations and turning relationships into sustainable business.

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying new markets, clients, institutions and partnerships.

What You’ll Work On
- Develop and execute business development strategies.
- Identify new markets, clients,



institutions and partnership opportunities.
- Generate and qualify business opportunities.
- Track the sales pipeline and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing, outreach and client servicing teams.
- Build long-term business relationships.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong sales and business development experience.
- Lead generation and conversion expertise.
- Relationship management skills.
- Ability to work with targets and revenue goals.
- Commercial and opportunity-oriented thinking.

Preferred qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management or a related field. MBA is preferred.
