Job Description
:

We are looking for an experienced
Business Analyst with HR Systems experience
to understand business requirements, analyze HR processes, and work with technical and business teams to deliver effective HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR and business stakeholders.
- Understand and analyze
HR processes and systems
, including employee lifecycle, recruitment, compensation, advantages, performance, and other HR functions.
- Translate business requirements into clear
functional specifications
for technical teams.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, product, and development teams to implement system enhancements.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements and automation opportunities.
- Prepare
BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional documentation
.
- Support system configuration, testing, UAT,



and implementation activities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve functional issues and provide timely solutions.
- Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Support change management, user training, and post-implementation activities.
- Track project requirements, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a
Business Analyst
, preferably with HR/HRIS systems.
- Strong understanding of
HR business processes
.
- Excellent requirement gathering and documentation skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of
Excel, SQL, or data analysis tools
is an advantage.
- Experience with HR systems such as
Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms
is preferred.
