About The Role
We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and performance-driven Performance Marketing Intern to join our team at

Intent Farm. You’ll get hands-on exposure to running and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across platforms

like Meta and Google Ads for eCommerce and D2C brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Support & Execution
- Assist in planning and executing performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Support campaign setup, audience research, keyword research, ad creation, and basic campaign

management.
- Monitor campaigns regularly and flag performance issues or opportunities for optimization.
- Work with the team to implement full-funnel advertising strategies across different stages of the customer

journey.
- Campaign Optimization & Growth
- Track key performance metrics
- Assist in A/B testing creatives, audiences, ad copies, and campaign strategies.
- Research competitors, audiences, industry trends, and platform updates to identify potential growth

opportunities.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Assist in preparing daily,



weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Support tracking and reporting using tools such as Google Sheets/Excel, GA4, and Looker Studio.
- Help maintain campaign trackers, budgets, and performance dashboards.
- Learning & Collaboration
- Work closely with performance marketers to understand campaign strategy and decision-making.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to understand how creatives impact campaign performance.
- Stay updated with changes across Meta, Google, and the broader digital advertising ecosystem.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and gradually handle campaigns with greater independence.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Commerce, or a

related field.
- Robust interest in digital advertising and performance marketing.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, or digital marketing concept
