What You'll Be Doing

- Gather customer requirements and translate project needs into actionable deliverables for internal operational teams.
- Develop, maintain, and manage study documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate the distribution, tracking, and reconciliation of study equipment and related materials.
- Create, review, and distribute study status reports and project communications to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure appropriate archiving of study data, documentation, and project records in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Establish, manage, and fulfill customer expectations through proactive communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor study timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure successful on-time project execution.
