Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Design Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing design drawings, coordinating with internal teams and consultants, and ensuring that projects are executed as per approved designs and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts and design proposals.
- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings.
- Create and modify drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other relevant software.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP and other consultants.
- Conduct site visits and monitor design implementation.
- Review drawings and ensure accuracy and design compliance.
- Prepare presentations, material boards and design documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and project teams regarding design requirements.
- Make design revisions based on client/project requirements.
- Ensure projects meet applicable building codes and design standards.




- Maintain proper documentation of drawings and project revisions.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of architectural design and planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp/Revit will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and materials.
- Strong visualization and presentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability.

Qualification

B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Candidate
- Experience in commercial, residential, retail or interior architecture projects.
- Candidates with positive site coordination and execution knowledge will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
