Research & Development Executive

*Experience: 4-5 Years | Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month | Location: Head Office, Siliguri*

Role in short:

Drive product and process improvements for construction/infrastructure projects through research, testing, and current material/method implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development: Research new construction materials, techniques, and cost-effective alternatives for projects
- Testing & Trials: Conduct lab/field trials, collect data, and prepare test reports for new products/processes
- Documentation: Prepare technical reports, datasheets, and R&D; proposals for management approval
- Vendor & Market Research: Study market trends, competitor products, and coordinate with vendors for samples
- Quality Improvement: Work with site,



purchase, and quality teams to implement improvements and reduce costs
- Compliance: Ensure all new methods/materials meet safety, quality and client specs

Requirements:
- Experience: 4-5 years in R&D; role, preferably in construction, infra, steel, PEB or building materials
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Materials Engineering
- Skills: Analytical thinking, report writing, MS Excel, knowledge of testing standards. Hands-on site exposure preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
