Job Purpose

The Executive Lead Management will be responsible for managing and nurturing marketing-generated leads through the complete lead lifecycle, from lead receipt and qualification to assignment, appointment generation, opportunity conversion and closure.

The role will act as a key link between the Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring timely lead response, accurate CRM management, effective follow-ups and continuous tracking of leads and opportunities. The position will also support revenue generation through inside sales initiatives and dormant lead recovery.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to all marketing-generated leads within the defined SLA through calls, emails and other communication channels.
- Qualify and validate leads based on customer requirements, project potential, location and business chance.
- Maintain accurate, complete and updated lead information, activities and follow-ups in the CRM.




- Assign and route qualified leads to the appropriate Sales Team within the defined SLA.
- Generate and schedule appointments/meetings with Architects, Builders, Dealers and prospective customers.
- Nurture qualified leads through regular follow-ups and support conversion into sales opportunities.
- Track active opportunities, pending follow-ups and lead ageing in coordination with the Sales Team.
- Ensure closure and proper status updating of all Marketing-generated leads in the CRM.
- Conduct inside sales activities, outbound calls and customer engagement to generate business opportunities.
- Re-engage dormant and lost leads to identify potential business and improve lead recovery.
- Prepare and maintain regular lead, CRM, pipeline, conversion and performance reports.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Sales teams to improve lead quality, conversion and overall lead management effectiveness.
