Role Description
The Sales Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role provides day-to-day support to the sales team by preparing quotations, drafting proposals, and maintaining accurate customer records and sales documentation. The specialist coordinates order processing, tracks deliveries, and works closely with operations and logistics to ensure timely fulfillment.



Responsibilities include managing inbound inquiries, following up with existing and prospective customers, updating CRM systems, and preparing regular sales reports and dashboards. The role also involves assisting with pricing updates, supporting customer communication, and contributing to process improvements that enhance sales efficiency and customer experience.
