Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated IT-cum-Admin Intern to assist with day-to-day IT support and administrative activities. Training will be provided to help the candidate develop practical IT and administrative skills.

Based on performance, learning ability, discipline, and overall contribution, the internship may be converted into a full-time employment opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

IT Support
- Assist with computer, laptop, printer, scanner, CCTV, and biometric setup/troubleshooting.
- Support basic Windows, software, email, and Microsoft Office issues.
- Assist with LAN, Wi-Fi, router, and basic networking troubleshooting.
- Maintain IT asset and service records.
- Assist with backups, antivirus, and basic system security activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and IT services.

Administration
- Maintain office documents, records, and files.
- Assist with stationery and office inventory management.
- Support HR with joining formalities, attendance, and employee coordination.
- Assist with meetings, events, courier,



housekeeping, and office maintenance.
- Support data entry, reports, follow-ups, and other administrative activities.

Skills & Requirements
- Any Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or related field.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of computers, Windows, MS Office, and networking.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Training & Career Opportunity

On-the-job training will be provided in IT support, networking, hardware/software troubleshooting, Microsoft 365, firewall, IT security, asset management, and administration.

High-performing interns will be offered a full-time position based on performance and organizational requirements.

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
