Role Description
This is a full-time Lead Backend Engineer (Node.js/AWS) role based in Bengaluru, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of in-office and work-from-home days. The Lead Backend Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js, AWS, and related technologies.



Responsibilities include leading backend architecture decisions, mentoring engineers, performing code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices in security, performance, and reliability. The role involves collaborating closely with frontend developers, product managers, and QA engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. The engineer will also oversee deployment pipelines, monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve the backend stack and development processes.
