*About the Role*

*We are looking for a skilled and experienced .NET Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise-grade applications. In this role, you will lead a team of .NET developers, own architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in the .NET ecosystem, solid leadership capabilities, and a passion for engineering excellence.*

*Key Responsibilities*

*• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of .NET developers — conducting code reviews, 1:1s, and performance evaluations.*

*• Architect and design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance .NET solutions aligned with business requirements.*

*• Drive end-to-end delivery of backend services, APIs, and enterprise applications using .NET Core / .NET 6+.*

*• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design patterns across the team.*

*• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX designers, QA, and DevOps to ensure quality delivery within Agile sprints.*





*• Own technical estimation, sprint planning, and risk mitigation for engineering deliverables.*

*• Lead the evaluation and adoption of new frameworks, libraries, and tools within the .NET ecosystem.*

*• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.*

*• Oversee database design and optimization across PostgreSQL, or Azure SQL.*

*• Ensure security, performance, and reliability standards are met across all solutions.*

*• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline design and DevOps practices alongside the infrastructure team.*

*• Manage technical debt, refactoring initiatives, and legacy system modernization.*
