Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Corporate & Catering Sales Manager to drive business growth across corporate sales and event catering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, managing key accounts, generating catering opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire current corporate clients for bulk food orders, employee meals, and regular catering requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Admin, Facility Managers, Event Organizers, and corporate decision-makers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, client visits, referrals, and digital channels.
- Develop and manage B2B corporate partnerships and long-term accounts.
- Promote catering services for corporate events, conferences, parties, launches, and other events.
- Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams for smooth catering execution.
- Handle client requirements, quotations, negotiations,



order confirmation, delivery, and event setup coordination.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and regularly track business performance.
- Attend corporate networking events, exhibitions, and industry events to generate new business.
- Collect client feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Catering Sales, Hospitality, QSR, or F&B.;
- Strong experience in corporate client acquisition and business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and revenue generation.
- Target-oriented with a strong business development mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple clients
