Role & responsibilities

Experience in NBFC, FinTech, lending, or financial products

Strong understanding of Loan Origination & Loan Management Systems

Expertise in functional, API, integration, regression, and UAT testing

Experience testing KYC, credit bureau, payment, banking, and third-party integrations

Strong knowledge of loan eligibility, underwriting, fraud detection, and disbursement workflows

Hands-on experience with Postman/API testing and database validation

Experience in test automation is highly preferred

Ability to validate complex business rules, calculations, and financial workflows

Strong defect tracking, RCA, and production issue analysis skills

Valuable understanding of risk, compliance, data security, and regulatory requirements

Ability to work closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, Operations, and Compliance teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to mentor junior QA engineers and improve QA processes

Focus on quality, customer experience, and preventing production issues
