We are looking for a sincere and hardworking HR Executive to join our team. The role involves managing recruitment activities, supporting employee engagement, maintaining HR records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment activities including calling candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in onboarding and training recent employees
- Communicate company policies and ensure smooth HR operations
- Handle employee queries professionally and maintain positive workplace relationships
- Support attendance, leave, and basic payroll coordination
- Ensure proper follow-ups with candidates and employees
- Assist management in maintaining a healthy and productive work setting
