Job Description – HR Executive (Talent Acquisition)

Purpose of the Role

To manage the complete recruitment cycle for staff positions (above operator level), ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates while maintaining recruitment records, candidate communication, and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities / ActivitiesSr. No.Activity1Manage end-to-end recruitment for all staff positions (Above Operator Level).2Understand manpower requirements from department heads and prepare recruitment plans.3Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, consultants, job portals, and internal database.4Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.5Conduct telephonic screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.6Schedule interviews and coordinate with HODs, interview panels,



and candidates.7Arrange suitable resumes from the internal database and received emails.8Maintain and regularly update the Resume Database (Soft & Hard Copy).9Maintain the Recruitment Tracker with current hiring status.10Share daily recruitment status and hiring updates through WhatsApp/email.11Prepare salary proposals and discuss compensation with shortlisted candidates.12Generate and issue Offer Letters (Email & Hard Copy).13Conduct joining confirmation calls before the candidate's joining date.14Coordinate with the onboarding team regarding candidates yet to join.15Welcome newly joined employees through email and internal communication.16Prepare Employment Confirmation Letters after successful completion of the probation period.17Ensure manpower requirements are closed within the defined timeline.18Maintain recruitment records, PRs (Personnel Requisitions), and documentation.19Publish job advertisements on social media and job portals.20Prepare monthly recruitment reports including Joined, Left, Open Positions, and Recrui
