Skills and Competencies
- 9+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, delivering high-impact, multi-team initiatives with measurable business outcomes
- Strong programming expertise in one or more of Java, Scala, C#, C++, and Python, with a deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis
- Proven experience with data platforms at scale, including relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle) and NoSQL data stores, with robust query processing knowledge
- Expertise in building production-grade RESTful APIs and microservices with a focus on scalability, robustness, security, and reliability
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native and on-prem systems, leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, and modern deployment practices for cost-effective execution
- Advanced systems knowledge, including multi-threading, memory management, software design principles, architecture best practices, and writing well-tested, high-quality code
- Strong problem-solving mindset and resilience, with deep knowledge of testing strategies, system health monitoring,



and adaptability to organizational and technical change
- Deep expertise in artificial intelligence, with a track record of implementing advanced AI solutions to drive strategic transformation and operational efficiency. Strong experience using AI tools to lead innovation initiatives. Demonstrated leadership in managing AI-related risks, ensuring ethical governance, and fostering a culture of responsible AI adoption across the organization.

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
