Job Description Digital & Social Media Manager

Function: Marketing | Location: Mumbai | Industry: QSR – Mad Over Donuts (MOD)**
Reporting To: Head – Marketing

Role Purpose: Drive the Digital & Social agenda end-to-end, from ideation and content planning to execution, performance tracking and ROI optimization, with a strong focus on brand building and business impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Digital & Social calendar across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and relevant platforms.
- Ideate campaigns, content, trends, activations and digital-first brand ideas.
- Take initiatives from idea brief execution amplification performance review.
- Act as the point of contact for agency, managing briefs, timelines, deliverables, feedback and execution.
- Coordinate with creative, content, media and influencer partners to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Identify relevant social trends, formats, creators and collaborations for MOD.
- Plan and track paid + organic digital campaigns and optimise for performance.

- Track reach, engagement, traffic,



conversions, sales and ROI; identify what is working and where to improve.
- Monitor competitor activity and consumer conversations; convert insights into actionable ideas.
- Work closely with Operations and other teams to connect digital campaigns with store and business objectives.

Ideal Candidate:
- 6–9 yrs in Digital/Social Media/Brand Marketing; QSR, FMCG, Retail Brands preferred.
- Strong creative thinking + execution capability.
- Good understanding of social platforms, content, influencers, paid media and digital analytics.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to connect digital activity to business results and ROI.
- Solid agency and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on, proactive and comfortable working independently.
