Whitebox Properties is a growing real estate channel partner firm based in Pune, specializing in residential projects across Wakad, Tathawade, Punawale, Ravet and Kiwale.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can independently manage digital campaigns and generate quality real estate leads.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, create and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) lead generation campaigns

* Generate consistent and high-quality leads for residential real estate projects

* Manage campaign budgets, targeting, creatives and audience segments

* Monitor CPL, lead quality, conversion rates and overall campaign performance

* Coordinate with the sales team to track lead follow-ups and conversions

* Create and manage social media content for Instagram and Facebook





* Analyse campaign data and continuously optimize campaigns for better ROI

* Conduct competitor and market research

* Work with designers/content creators to develop high-performing ad creatives

* Maintain proper lead reports and campaign performance reports

* Explore additional digital lead-generation channels such as Google Ads, WhatsApp marketing and property portals

Required Skills

* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager

* Knowledge of Facebook & Instagram Lead Ads

* Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting and campaign optimization

* Good knowledge of CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate and ROAS

* Basic knowledge of Google Ads will be an advantage

* Good communication and analytical skills

* Real estate marketing experience will be preferred

* Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns
