- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0- 3 years of experience in backend operations, healthcare operations, customer support, BPO, or shared services.
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, diagnostics, or health-tech will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and strong analytical skills may also be considered.
- Mandatory languages- Hindi, English & Gujarati.

Role & responsibilities
- Handle backend healthcare operations through voice and non-voice processes.
- Process customer requests, healthcare cases,



and transactions accurately within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with all operational guidelines.
- Meet defined productivity, quality, accuracy, and SLA targets.
- Identify discrepancies or process gaps and report them to the Team Lead.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update internal systems in real time.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Customer Support, Tech, and Quality whenever required for issue resolution.
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Adapt to current tools, process changes, and automation initiatives.
