Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, reliable, production-ready AI/ML and LLM applications.
- Build and maintain RAG pipelines, AI agents, and LLM workflows using structured outputs, validation, retrieval, and business rules.
- Perform debugging, root cause analysis, model evaluation, data analysis, and performance optimization.
- Develop automated evaluation, validation, and testing frameworks for AI applications.
- Develop and integrate APIs and AI solutions with existing products/platforms.




- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve deployed AI systems for accuracy, reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Follow strong software engineering, clean code, modular design, testing, and maintainability practices.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions.

Must-Have Skills
- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience building AI/ML applications.
- Strong Python and software engineering skills.
- Hands-on experience in AI system design, evaluation, monitoring, and optimization.
- Experience developing and maintaining production AI applications and RAG architectures.
- Knowledge of LLMs, NLP, structured outputs, validation, retrieval, and business rules.
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
