Position: Business Analyst
Location: Kaushambi, Ghaziabad
Work Mode: Onsite
Experience: 0–2 Years / Freshers with relevant skills can apply

Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and translate them into clear functional requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and process requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare reports, presentations, process documents, and requirement specifications.
- Analyze business data and identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Assist in process improvement and support project planning and implementation.

Requirements
- Graduate in BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA, or a related field.




- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
- Good understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.
- Ability to work with multiple teams and manage priorities.
- Candidates with knowledge of CRM, SQL, Power BI, or other analytical tools will be preferred.
