Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and reports.
- Translate business requirements into interactive dashboards and actionable insights.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Perform data validation, cleansing and analysis to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Create calculated fields, parameters, LOD expressions, filters, actions and advanced visualizations in Tableau.
- Optimize dashboard performance and improve user experience.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand KPIs and reporting requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst / BI Analyst.
- Robust hands-on Tableau experience is mandatory.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience working on large datasets.
- Strong understanding of data visualization, KPIs, business reporting and analytical problem-solving.
- Candidates with strong Tableau dashboarding and stakeholder-management experience preferred.
