Invest Mango is looking for a dynamic, target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team in Pune.
Salary: Up to 60,000/month + Attractive Incentives
Location: Pune
Experience: 15 Years
Industry: Real Estate / BFSI / Automobile / Direct Sales
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Handle and convert qualified leads into successful bookings.
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their investment/home-buying requirements.
- Conduct client meetings & project/site visits.
- Present projects, pricing, payment plans and investment opportunities effectively.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Follow up consistently and drive leads through the complete sales funnel.
- Negotiate effectively and assist in deal closures.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales updates in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated with Pune’s real estate market, projects and competition.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–5 years of experience in sales,
preferably real estate.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Confident, energetic and target-oriented personality.
- Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building ability.
- Candidates with Pune real estate market knowledge will be preferred.
- Own vehicle is an added advantage.
