About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes. This role is crucial for identifying and securing top technical talent for our contract staffing and C2H requirements, ensuring our clients receive suitable candidates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for contract staffing and C2H requirements.




- Understand client/job requirements and identify suitable technical candidates.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, internal databases and networking.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in IT Recruitment / IT Contract Staffing.
- Strong experience in Contract Staffing / C2H hiring is mandatory.
- Valuable understanding of IT technologies and technical job roles.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment portals.
- Any graduate.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
